19 years of global experience operating as a headhunter, primarily for the financial services sector.

Liza has a portfolio which has seen her complete assignments across all sectors and four different continents. Prior to joining the recruitment industry Liza worked for a leading investment house, a global insurer and consulting actuary in the United Kingdom.

Over the course of her career she has consulted to the majority of financial services organisations globally and has continued to do so since relocating to New Zealand nearly 11 years ago. She specialises in the utilisation of her technical industry knowledge and executive search background for each and every assignment.

Liza is passionate about the industry and takes great pride in having played her part in building out award winning teams whilst working with some of the best brains in the business.   She founded the LinchPin Consulting Group in 2013 as she was committed to offering the industry and the organisations she represents a better, more effective and complete approach to the implementation and retention of talented human capital.
